Internet providers in Coeur d'Alene?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm single, late 20s, and Household incomes average around $70,845 in Coeur d'Alene. Crime rate is something to consider -Coeur d'Alene sits at 252.6 per 100K. Poverty rate is 4.5%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,328 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this? Cheers. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 9 years ago from Austin and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Maple Ridge. It's challenging for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in legal. If you're in construction you might struggle.

People: Generally challenging. It took about 17 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like Vietnamese.

Hope this helps!.

As someone who grew up here, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. A lot has changed in the past few years though. housing market used to be much competitive but now it's underrated.
