Hi all, We have two kids and Median household income is $62,111, which feels about average for the area. With a population of 18,043, Cohoes is a small town. Homes are going for about $209,400 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Should I be concerned? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development.
