Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm originally from Tucson and Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 20.4%, which is higher than I expected. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Anyone in a similar situation?
