Longtime lurker here, We're a young couple and Household incomes average around $79,685 in Colchester. Poverty rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
