Working remotely from Cold Spring

Anyone else feel this way? Military spouse here. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. The median home value here is around $590,600, which is pretty steep. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Came here for weather and stayed because I genuinely enjoy living here. The housing market is honestly decent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
