Raising a family in Coleman -thoughts?

Hey, My family moved here when I was a kid. Household incomes average around $41,458 in Coleman. Homes are going for about $88,300 on average. The median home value here is around $88,300, which is actually reasonable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Pros:
- Great weather
- Good job market
- Friendly people
- Active local events

Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Limited public transit
- Not very walkable

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The weather is honestly decent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

My experience has been mostly positive. I'm still on the fence after all this time. The only thing I'd watch out for is healthcare. Other than that, Feel free to reach out with questions..
