Colesville quality of life -am I missing something?

Curious what people think. I'm a remote worker and Rent is about $1,906/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I overthinking this?

I'm a real estate agent and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is tough and there's always something going on.
