Been meaning to ask this. Crime rate is something to consider -Colesville sits at 356.2 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,906 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Any advice would be great. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
