First post here. It's a a small town city with about 13,969 people. You can expect to pay around $1,131 for rent here. Poverty rate is 15.7%, which is higher than I expected. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
