Hey everyone, Household incomes average around $74,867 in College Park. With a population of 34,397, College Park is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $429,000 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Any advice would be great. Cheers. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
