Hey everyone, Been living here since 2024. With a population of 9,828, College Place is a small town. The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Anyone in a similar situation? The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
