Collegeville quality of life -am I missing something?

So, I'm a teacher here and With a population of 5,226, Collegeville is a small town. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. Is this normal for Collegeville? Thanks! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

I've lived in Lakewood for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by cultural scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good schools in most areas
- Good internet infrastructure
- The nightlife scene is decent

The downsides:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Chain restaurants dominate

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for remote workers. Happy to answer more specific questions..
