Anyone else love living in Colleyville?

Hey folks, Just moved here 3 months ago and It's a a smaller city city with about 25,906 people. With a population of 25,906, Colleyville is a smaller city. Median household income is $203,566, which feels pretty solid for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Thoughts? Looking forward to hearing from you all. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from Portland and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Lakewood. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in hospitality. If you're in government you might struggle.

People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 8 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: pretty good. Tons of options if you like Mexican.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's exactly what I was looking for. Internet is hit or miss in most areas.
