Colleyville is underrated, change my mind

Hi all, Household incomes average around $203,566 in Colleyville. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Any help is appreciated.

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 10 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want healthcare, then yeah this place is great. But if public transit matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is healthcare. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.

Came here for weather and stayed because it's been a really good experience overall. The safety is honestly pretty good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
