I work in logistics and Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a smaller city city with about 25,906 people. Rent is about $3,194/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Should I be concerned?
