Day-to-day life in Collierville, TN

With a population of 51,212, Collierville is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 51,212 people. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What are your go-to spots? Appreciate any input. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

I've lived in Downtown for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. When I first moved here from Chicago, I was surprised by healthcare. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- The food scene scene is decent

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for retirees. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's exactly what I was looking for.
