Anyone else feel this way? Been living here since 2024. It's a a small town city with about 8,862 people. Poverty rate is 16.6%, which is higher than I expected. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Does this match your experience? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
