Is it worth buying in Collingswood?

Been meaning to ask this. Household incomes average around $83,917 in Collingswood. It's a a small town city with about 14,163 people. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I wrong here?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I have mixed feelings honestly. Compared to San Francisco it's solid.
