Grocery stores in Collinsville -recommendations?

So, I grew up here but left for a while. It's a a small town city with about 24,126 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Collinsville sits at 261.3 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 7 years and I have mixed feelings honestly. The thing nobody mentions is cultural scene. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the walkability is legit. And if you're into biking, this place is decent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Oak Park side vs the Downtown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..
