Hey folks, I grew up here but left for a while. Crime rate is something to consider -Collinsville sits at 587.2 per 100K. Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Any help is appreciated.
