Hey, Born and raised here. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $207,100, which is actually reasonable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Public transit is challenging here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's not perfect but it works for me.

Moved here from Houston about 4 years ago. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Still getting used to cost of living but Definitely worth checking out..
