First post here. We're a young couple and Household incomes average around $88,537 in Collinsville. It's a a small town city with about 8,468 people. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $207,100, which is actually reasonable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. TIA! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
