Worst things about Colonial Park nobody talks about
Random thought, It's a a small town city with about 18,125 people. With a population of 18,125, Colonial Park is a small town. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Colonial Park sits at 65.0 per 100K. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
