Life in Colorado City as a young professional

So, Been living here since 2023. Household incomes average around $75,234 in Colorado City. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Any advice would be great. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is weather. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Worth doing your research before committing.
