I've lived in Northgate for the past 6 years. Nightlife is decent if you know where to go.
A friend just bought in Northgate for K and I'm not sure if that was smart. Property values in Falcon went up 14% last year alone.
The healthcare scene here is really picking up. Grocery prices are creeping up but still manageable.
Talk me through this.
