Alright, I'm a college student here and The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. It's a a mid-size city city with about 483K people. Household incomes average around $83,198 in Colorado Springs. Homes are going for about $420,700 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
