Can we talk about
Downtown has improved dramatically since I first moved here.
I saw that rent in Black Forest is now /mo which is expected. Home prices averaging is {home_feel}.
What I like:
- Affordable compared to coastal cities
- Strong local businesses
- Good healthcare options
- Strong arts and culture scene
What I don't:
- Traffic is getting worse
- Nightlife is lacking
- Property taxes
- Wind never stops
The airport connections are excellent which matters if you travel. I've never felt unsafe walking around Black Forest at night.
