I've been here for 6 years and Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Has anyone dealt with this? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
