Freelancing from Colton -experience?

Hey folks, Born and raised here. The unemployment rate is 4.3%, which is about average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Would love some local perspective. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
