Is Colton worth it salary-wise?

Hey, My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $411,100 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. Thanks for reading. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 13 years and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The thing nobody mentions is cost of living. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is improving.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Lakewood side vs the Pine Hills side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
