Raising a family in Colton -thoughts?

I work in tech and The median home value here is around $411,100, which is pretty steep. The unemployment rate is 4.3%, which is about average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Is this normal for Colton?

I've been living here for 4 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The safety is improving compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in South area are solid. Kids love it here.
