Commute times in Columbia -how bad?
Any advice would be great. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. healthcare used to be much reasonable but now it's underrated.

My experience has been mostly positive. I'm still on the fence after all this time. The only thing I'd watch out for is healthcare. Other than that, Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cost of living, then yeah this place is great. But if housing market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
