OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and With a population of 106K, Columbia is a mid-size city. Homes are going for about $480,300 on average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Anyone in a similar situation? Looking forward to hearing from you all. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
