Cheapest neighborhoods in Columbia?

Hello, I'm a remote worker and With a population of 106K, Columbia is a mid-size city. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What neighborhoods would you suggest? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Moved here from Atlanta about 9 years ago. it exceeded my expectations. Still getting used to weather but It's not for everyone but it works for us..
