Housing market in Columbia — is it worth buying?
Median home value here is around $480,300. Prices are steep but there are pockets of affordability. For those renting, typical rent is $1998.
Is now a good time to buy in Columbia? Or better to keep renting?
Looking for opinions from both homeowners and renters.

Coming from Seattle, the cost of living difference is noticeable. Groceries and gas are cheaper.
