Pros and cons of Columbia after 10 years

Hello, Poverty rate is 7.9%, which is pretty low. Should I be concerned? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are tough, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
