Not sure if this has been asked before, but It's a a small town city with about 5,804 people. Rent is about $656/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thoughts? Any help is appreciated. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to.
