OK so It's a a mid-size city city with about 138K people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Has anyone dealt with this? It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to.
