First post here. The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. It's a a mid-size city city with about 138K people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
