So, I've been here for 13 years and Average temperature is around 65°F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $243,500 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Worth the trade-offs? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
