Co-working spaces in Columbia?

OK so I'm a teacher here and Rent is about $1,092/month for a decent place. Median household income is $61,204, which feels about average for the area. Homes are going for about $261,700 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,092 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Columbia sits at 642.5 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Does this match your experience? The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up.

I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 8 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from New York, I was surprised by safety. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Strong job market in several industries
- The healthcare scene is decent

The downsides:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for remote workers. Feel free to reach out with questions..
