Columbia job market vs Seattle

I'm a remote worker and It's a a smaller city city with about 43,971 people. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Let me know your thoughts. Appreciate any input. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's been a really good experience overall. Compared to Phoenix it's improving.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Internet is underrated in most areas.
