Longtime lurker here, I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 25,681, Columbine is a smaller city. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Any help is appreciated. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
