Working in Columbine -salaries realistic?

Been meaning to ask this. The median home value here is around $590,600, which is pretty steep. With a population of 25,681, Columbine is a smaller city. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance!

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem average.

I've been here 1 years and it's exactly what I was looking for. The thing nobody mentions is community vibe. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the walkability is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is decent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Uptown side vs the Meadowbrook side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Used to live on the Midtown side, now on the Fairview side. Completely different vibe. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
