Considering Columbus vs Atlanta — help me decide

Hi all, Just moved here 10 months ago and Rent is about $1,072/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,072 for rent here. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks in advance! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Public transit is excellent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.

Came here for work and stayed because I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community vibe is honestly solid and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Hot take but it's exactly what I was looking for. I know a lot of people disagree but after 14 years here, that's my honest assessment.

The food scene here is underrated. Tons of great Italian places. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.

I've been living here for 8 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The community vibe is improving compared to other places I've lived. Overall No regrets on my end..
