Freelancing from Columbus — experience?

Hey folks, My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $182,300 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Should I be concerned?

Came here for quality of life and stayed because it's been a really good experience overall. The pet-friendliness is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
