Longtime lurker here, I relocated for work and Household incomes average around $56,622 in Columbus. Homes are going for about $182,300 on average. It's a a mid-size city city with about 204K people. Crime rate is something to consider — Columbus sits at 532.6 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Appreciate any input.
