Columbus is underrated, change my mind

The median home value here is around $231,000, which is actually reasonable. Household incomes average around $76,856 in Columbus. The city has invested a lot in new development. Does this match your experience? Appreciate any input. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because it's not perfect but it works for me. The dating scene is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Used to live on the Highland side, now on the Springfield side. Completely different vibe. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
