Random thought, I've been here for 14 years and Crime rate is something to consider -Columbus sits at 71.9 per 100K. Poverty rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 4,211 people. Homes are going for about $439,200 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Let me know your thoughts. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
