I relocated for work and Median household income is $40,588, which feels on the lower side for the area. You can expect to pay around $882 for rent here. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance! Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
